Process diagnostics

As processes become ever more complex and an increasing number of process parameters need to be monitored, the verification costs for both individual parameters and complete processes can become unmanageable. Processes that are dynamic in nature and depend on precision timing and extremely high accuracy require high-resolution process measuring technology, high sensing rates and large data storage capacities. Typical measuring and analytical tasks include:

  • Pressure, temperature and volumetric flow measurement under adverse conditions
    and over prolonged periods of time, with remote access to all relevant data
  • Temperature and deviation measurement on rotating assemblies,
    with remote visualisation
  • Pressure and displacement measurement for the functional testing of safety valves
  • Fluid flow measurement and determination of standard parameters
